These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Eman's Pressure Washing & Landscaping ("we," "us," or "our"). By requesting a quote, scheduling a service, or submitting your information through any form on this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. Service Agreement

By engaging Eman's Pressure Washing & Landscaping for any service, you enter into a service agreement with us. The specific scope of work, pricing, and schedule will be confirmed at the time of your free estimate and agreed upon before work begins.

2. Estimates

All estimates are free and provided without obligation. Estimates are based on the information available at the time of assessment and the visible condition of the property. Final pricing may be adjusted if the scope of work changes or if conditions not visible during the estimate are discovered during service. Any changes will be discussed and agreed upon before additional work is performed.

3. Scheduling

We make every effort to schedule services at your convenience. Service dates and times are confirmed in advance. We are not liable for delays caused by weather conditions, equipment issues, or circumstances beyond our control. In the event of a delay, we will reschedule your service as quickly as possible and notify you promptly.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of the agreed-upon service unless other terms have been arranged in advance. We accept cash, check, and major credit/debit cards. For large projects, a deposit may be required to secure your scheduled date. Any deposit terms will be clearly communicated before payment is collected.

If a payment is not received when due, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate services and charge reasonable late fees where permitted by law.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule a service, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance by calling (281) 400-9336. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover travel and preparation costs.

If we need to cancel or reschedule due to weather or other circumstances, we will notify you as early as possible and reschedule at no additional cost to you.

7. Limitation of Liability

Eman's Pressure Washing & Landscaping is committed to providing high-quality pressure washing and landscaping services. However, our liability is limited as follows:

• We are not liable for pre-existing damage to surfaces, including but not limited to cracked concrete, deteriorated wood, loose paint, damaged siding, or compromised mortar joints. We will identify and document pre-existing conditions before beginning work when possible.
• We are not liable for damage to plants, landscaping, or property that results from normal cleaning processes, provided we have taken reasonable precautions as part of our standard procedures.
• We are not liable for water intrusion or damage to interior spaces resulting from pre-existing defects in siding, windows, doors, or seals.
• Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of use, loss of income, or damage to personal property.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information about their property, including known issues, sensitive surfaces, and areas requiring special care. Customers should remove or protect fragile items, outdoor furniture, and valuables before service begins.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and design elements, is the property of Eman's Pressure Washing & Landscaping and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our written permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Galveston County or Harris County, Texas.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
